Why I Created This Guide

There was a time in my life where I felt completely lost.

Growing up with Tourette syndrome affected my confidence deeply. It made everyday life feel harder than it should have been, and there were moments where things became so dark that I wanted to end my life.

I felt stuck in my own mind, disconnected from who I wanted to be, and unsure if life would ever change.

Then fitness gave me something I had never truly had before: structure, purpose, and progress.

Training became more than exercise. It became therapy. It taught me discipline, built my confidence, and helped me rebuild myself — physically and mentally.

What started as self-survival became a mission. Now I help other men transform their bodies, build confidence, and become stronger mentally through fitness.
